Each dog has his/her own individual needs. Please read their stories and consider sponsoring a dog in need of some Christmas joy! Thank you! Woof!

Now....let the shopping begin!
Bindi,
...was found tied to a front porch, without food or water, or shelter. The owners stated they no longer had time for her, nor could they afford to feed her. The owner was a 17 year old pregnant teenager, who was unemployed and barely able to feed herself, let alone Bindi.
For Christmas, Bindi has asked Santa for a
Kuranda bed (http://kuranda.com/), a neck scarf, a Pet Smart gift card,
toys, and treats.
Cuddles is a Bichon who was found in Wymore in an outdoor pen when we went door to door looking for dogs in need of vet care. She had a pus filled facial tumor hanging off the side of her face, and a belly filled with mammary tumors. She was covered with fleas and her teeth were in bad shape. She has since been spayed and all her health issues have been addressed.
Cuddles would like a Kuranda (http://kuranda.com/) bed for Christmas. She is a senior girl and needs some type of a soft comfortable bed to lay her little body. She loves treats and would like Santa to bring her some! She loves her sweaters to keep warm and could use a new sweater or coat, size small. Something girlie and stylish would be most appreciated, since she has never got to be a "girlie girl!" She would also love a gift card to Pet Smart.
Haley came from the Wymore area. She was rescued just in time. She was one sick little girl. She was full of parasites, Coccidia, emaciated, and Heartworm positive. She is just beginning her heartworm treatment. Haley is resilient and has bounced back to good health. She has gone from 21 lbs. to her current weight of 46 lbs.
For Christmas this year, Haley has asked Santa for prayers. She has a long road ahead with heartworm treatment and knows she needs all the prayers she can get. She would also like a nice soft fluffy bed to rest on. A large wire crate would be appreciated. She loves treats, and toys, and gift cards from Pet Smart!
Harleigh is a young rotti girl that has spent her entire life on a chain, and moved from home to home.
She has finally found a safe and loving place to call home....temporarily.
For Christmas this year Harleigh has asked Santa for a home of her own. A permanent home, where she will not be tossed aside and forgotten. She would love a new walking harness, size lg., Pet Smart gift card, toys, treats, and large breed dog food.
Millie is just a young 6 month old puppy who was living on the end of a tiny 4' chain, with a dog house so small she couldn't fit in it. A good Samaritan brought her a bigger house until rescue could be arranged. She is now in foster care and enjoying life!
Millie asked Santa for her own wire crate where she can have a place of her own when she needs a little nap. She would also like a new collar, leash, Pet Smart gift card, big breed dog food, and a new family to call her own.
Shelby was found with severe matting, and just filthy. Thanks to a groomer who donated her services, she was bathed and trimmed, and we found a darling little dog under all that!
Shelby asked Santa for a gift certificate to a Lincoln groomer, where she is currently in foster care, so she will never have to feel so disgusting again! She is young and playful and would love Santa to bring her treats, and toys. She would love a new wire cage so she would have a quiet place to lay during nap time.
Zeus came to us after his owners left him with a trusted friend who put him outside and eventually chained him. His owners are serving our country in Germany and will be state side in April, when they will be reunited with Zeus after four years!
Zeus asked Santa for a Kuranda bed (http://kuranda.com/) since he is a senior and needs an extra special place to find comfort during nap time. He would love a new collar and leash, a "slow down" bowl, and treats.
Buddie came to us from an owner who realized she chose the wrong size/energy dog for a tiny apartment. He is sweet and loving and happy to have a big yard and playmates to run with.
For Christmas Buddie has asked Santa for some toys, big chew bones, a new collar, leash, and a family with children who will play with him.
Karla is a Bichon who was kept in a 2'x2' wire cage for five years before her rescue. She is a sweet, docile little girl who loves to hang out with the other foster dogs and run out in the country on her daily long walks.
Karla has asked Santa for a new sweater, fluffy dog bed, treats, and a grooming gift certificate at Paw Prints in Beatrice so she never has to be filthy again. She also asked for a quiet childless home where here recovery can continue.
